Seniors and patients recovering from an illness, traumatic injury, or surgery can receive comprehensive therapy services through Lorien Rehabilitation & Fitness Program. We offer rehabilitation services for cardiac, stroke, neurological, and orthopedic patients, as well as those requiring therapeutic support following general surgery or sub-acute medical treatment. At Lorien, we account for each patient's capabilities and goals with rehabilitation activities designed to maximize function and facilitate a return to everyday activities.
