MDS Coordinator/ RN - Full Time

Lorien Mays Chapel has a rare opportunity for a full time RN/MDS Coordinator.  

Lorien Mays Chapel opened in June 2007 and is a leader in the long term care and rehab community.  We have quickly established ourselves as a premier health care provider in Baltimore County.

• Primary duties include completing monthly MA billing along with completion of MMDS process

This position reports directly to our Director of Nursing, Kelly Carnaggio.

Ventilator Care!

Lorien Mays Chapel is beginning to recruit qualified, experienced Respiratory Therapists for our new ventilator unit that will open in the beginning of 2010.  Lorien Mays Chapel is putting the touches on our new unit and having qualified R/Ts is very important.  If you are looking for a change of pace, check us out!  Some details are:

• Full time and Part Time positions available
• 12 hour shifts (6am-6:30pm & 6pm – 6:30am)
• The position falls under the Nursing Department and will work in unison with our experienced nursing staff

RN or LPN - Day Shift / Every Other Weekend/ Full Time

Lorien Mays Chapel has an opening for a nurse on our day shift. Geriatric Nursing Assistant

Lorien-Mays Chapel has quickly grown to become a premier healthcare center in Baltimore County!  Due to this growth, Lorien Mays Chapel is currently seeking to add the following positions to our 85 bed skilled nursing rehab and long term care center.

     Geriatric Nursing Assistants:  
                                                              2- Full-time, 3pm-11pm 
                                                              3 -Full-time, 11pm-7am
                                                              PRN All shifts   

Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisor. 

Nursing department employees enjoy every other weekend off rotations making planning personal time a breeze!

Dietary Manager/Cook
 

• Primary purpose ofthis job position is planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department
• Assistant to the Clinical Dietitian
• Maintain & develop recipe file
• Assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis
• Maintain the kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner
  
  The new Dietary Manager/Cook will contribute greatly to the success of new and improved recipes to be added to the menu.
  
  If you have food service and supervisory experience, and are willing to lead a motivated, experienced team of dietary staff, then this may be your time to shine.  If you've been stuck in a cooking rut, and want to get out...the Lorien Mays Chapel kitchen is waiting!
