Leadership

Our leadership team is made up of professionals who excel in their individual roles, as well as providing guidance and support to the staff of the Lorien Bel Air community. When the going gets tough, the strength of our teamwork philosophy becomes evident. At the first hint of a critical situation (power outage, winter or summer storm, quarantine, etc.), the management team pulls together to ensure the smooth operation of the day-to-day functioning of the facility as well as meeting the ongoing needs of our residents.

Perhaps the finest quality of the members of our management team and our staff at large is that we earnestly care for the people that we serve, our residents, family members, visitors, and co-workers. We take our profession seriously, and we serve with sincerity.
