Lorien Health Services provides our residents within our 10 communities, and patients of Lorien at Home, options to receive care without going to the hospital or the Doctor’s office. We bring the medical professional to you! Remote monitoring allows for a medical professional to have face time with the you or your loved one through our equipment, and address medical concerns. 

TeleHealth at Home

Lorien at Home offers a variety of in-home services to provide exceptional care to reach beyond our community walls, and into your home. Through a Remote Communication System, we call Lorien Link, Lorien at Home is able to monitor clients blood pressure, weight, oxygen levels, and more. The Lorien Link also provides medication reminders and video calling from on-call staff. This service is currently available in Baltimore County and Harford County. Select locations within Lorien, offer telemedicine services to residents with certain medical conditions. This allows a Physician at the Emergency Department at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center to remotely assess the needs of the resident in a secure examination room.
