A Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation community located on route 543 in beautiful suburban Belcamp, MD. Our local attractions include the Ripken Museum and Stadium, Hollywood Casino, the Havre de Grace Decoy Museum, and several golf courses. All of our residents and patients are encouraged to participate in daily activities. Our activities department schedules numerous activities a day to keep our patients and residents occupied and entertained. Off-site trips are also planned, such as a dinner-cruise in the inner harbor or a trip to Delaware Park Casino.
Our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation unit provides short-term rehabilitation with Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services. We also, provide long-term care. A Cognitive Linguistic program is also available to prepare patients for self-management at home. Skills such as medication management, checkbook management, and bill paying can be practiced to ensure a patient's success when returning home. We are focused on healing and ensuring that each patient has the skills necessary to return to the community safe and happy. Each patient works with an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care to meet their specific needs. The team includes a Dietician to help with patient dietary needs and education as well as a Social Worker to ensure that each patient has the support necessary at home for optimal success. In addition, our experience team of nursing can meet complex respiratory and dietary needs; provide IV therapy, telemetry, wound care, and hospice/palliative care services.
