Lorien Health Systems offers a choice of nine facilities in communities located throughout Maryland. Licensed nurses, therapists, social workers, and dietitians help ensure that your care will be individualized to promote your highest level of independence and psychosocial well-being.

Whether you need rehabilitation, dialysis, wound care, tube feedings, medication management, ventilator care or IV therapy, there is a Lorien facility that will fit your needs. All of our nursing facilities have specialized services available on their Medical Specialty Units. We also offer Respiratory Care for those who require continuous mechanical ventilation or who are being weaned from a ventilator or tracheotomy.

Advantage Fitness & Rehabilitation is our rehabilitation service for seniors. We specialize in physical, occupational and speech therapies. Our therapeutic services support the older adult in their efforts to remain independent and successfully age in place.
