RN Administrator - Timonium MD 
The primary purpose of this position is provide strategic direction, leadership and clinical management for the Lorien at Home program. The RN Administrator will coordinate all aspects of clinical functions. Responsible for screening/intake, assessment/reassessment, service planning, monitoring and advocacy to assist older adults with complex care in their home setting.
