Dialysis Services

Many of our facilities provide contracted on-site hemodialysis. If you are with us for a short-term rehabilitation stay, we can provide dialysis while scheduling rehabilitation and return you to your community-based program upon discharge.

Lorien Columbia and Harmony Hall Assisted Living, part of Howard County Health Park, are now connected which means not having to leave the building for your dialysis treatments.  For our long-term care residents, on-site dialysis means not having to go to a community-based program in inclement weather.

All of our sites are managed by Registered Nurses and have a Consulting Nephrologist. Please contact the admission office for details.
