Our leadership team headed up by Louis
Grimmel who is a home grown product of the Lorien Family working his
way up through the ranks and performing in every aspect of the
healthcare industry since 1977 has given a creative and insightful
view of management. Under his tutelage the company has combined a
very diverse and imaginative approach to blending technology,
quality improvement measures and more efficient methods to maintain
the philosophy of delivering quality care to our residents. While
individual talents abound the combined team work of the group
accomplishes more as the whole than the sum of the combined parts.
This nurturing culture is evident from the care all the way down to
the leadership team, ensuring a continuum of care and quality for
