DIALYSIS

Many of our facilities provide contracted on-site hemodialysis. If you are with us for a short-term rehabilitation stay, we can provide dialysis while scheduling rehabilitation and return you to your community-based program upon discharge.

For our long-term care residents, on-site dialysis means not having to go to a community-based program in inclement weather.

All of our sites are managed by Registered Nurses and have a Consulting Nephrologist. Please contact the admission office for details.
