""I am writing to express my extreme satisfaction with the care I received at your Columbia facility. I had just gotten a knee replacement at HCGH, and ended up at Lorien for 14 days to recover to the point that I could safely return home. All of your staff that I interacted with were friendly, competent, and extremely professional. My nurses always presented a calm and soothing demeanor, never acting impatient, and always seemed to be looking out for ways to make my stay more tolerable. These women strike me as people who chose this field because they genuinely like to help people above all else. Thank you for your kind and effective care!""
